Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse partners overseas.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we’re unable to make changes, but you can still return the order once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Please allow a little extra time during holidays or sale periods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are listed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, import taxes or duties may apply when your package arrives. These are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please email us with your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds usually take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds show up faster.
